Naga Chaitanya’s film shooting from October 23

Naga Chaitanya, son of Nagarjuna, is making his debut as hero in a yet to be titled film being produced by Dil Raju which will be directed by Vasu Varma. The formal launch of the film and the muhurt shot will be held on the birthday this month of veteran thespian and grand father of the hero, Dr Akkineni Nageswara Rao. The first schedule of shooting of the film will begin on October 23. Sandeep Chowtha will compose music for this film. The rest of the cast and crew including the heroine are in the process of being finalized.;

Naga Chaitanya’s debut film launched .

The muhurt of the yet to be titled debut film of Naga Chaitanya, son of Nagarjuna was conducted on September 20, 2008, which also happens to the birthday of Akkineni Nageshwara Rao, the debutant’s grand father.

The pooja was performed at 11.22 am at Annapoorna Studios. Akkineni Nageshwara Rao sounded the clap board the for mururat shot and D Ramanaidu switched on the camera, while K Raghavendra Rao directed the first shot. The film’s producer Dil Raju and director Vasu Varma and hero Venkatesh were present.

Sandeep Chowta will score the music for this film. The rest of the cast, including the heroine, and the crew are in the process of being finalized. The film will begin its regular shoot next month.

AR Rehman’s music for Naga Chaitanya film?

There had been reports since a few months that Naga Chaitanya, son of hero Nagarjuna, will make his debut in Tollywood. The man with the Midas touch, Dil Raju will produce the film under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.

Vasu Varma will make his debut as director with this yet to be titled film. According to reports, AR Rehman is said to have agreed to score the music for this film.

The film will go on to the sets on September 20, the birthday of Akkineni Nageswar Rao, who happens to be the grandfather of the debutant actor. Even his father Nagarjuna’s first film Vikram also had its muhurt on the same day. The film will be released in 2009.

Krithika debuts in Naga Chaitanya’s film

The latest buzz is that a fresh face Krithika has been signed on to play the heroine in this film. She happens to be the daughter of yesteryears heroine Radha. Recently, Krithika has been called for a photo session and audition. According to reports, both the director and producer, along with Nagarjuna, are happy with the results and confirmed her as the heroine. Dil Raju to produce Naga Chaitanya’s debut film

Naga Chaitanya, son of hero Nagarjuna is now all set to make his debut in Tollywood. His film will hit the floors later this year. Nagarjuna has given the go ahead to young director Vasu Sharma after being impressed with the storyline narrated by him. Prominent producer Dil Raju will produce the film. The other star cast and technicians are being finalized. An official announcement will be made in August.

According to sources, Naga Chaitanya has also signed to play a hero in the film directed by Puri Jagannath. Sania Mirza will appear in a cameo role in this movie. For this movie Naga Chaitanya is also taking voice modulation lessons and dancing, martial arts and acting lessons.

Naga Chaitanya, son of Nagarjuna, is celebrating his birthday today. His first look promos have been released and the young man has the dashing looks to make it big on the silver screen like his father and grand father.

A grand function is being organized today at the Gachibowli stadium, where Naga Chaitanya will be formally introduced to the audience, fans and the media before starting shooting for his maiden Tollywood film which is being produced by Dil Raju.
